We offer a range of inspection services such as Pre-Purchase inspections if you're purchasing your new home, Sellers Certified Inspections if you're looking to sell your home and avoid any inspection surprises after being under contract, annual maintenance inspections to ensure there is nothing in need of repair on your largest investment, 11th month inspections if you have purchased a new home and want to ensure that items get fixed before the builder no longer covers these items and insurance inspections to assist you and your agent in getting insured here in our great state.
Our process will start with scheduling the inspection, we will send out confirmation emails to you and any involved parties so long as we have proper information to do so. This initial contact will contain our inspection agreement with the ability to digitally sign and send these documents back to our office. We will arrive on time to your inspection and you are more then welcome, even encouraged to be there for the inspection so that we can explain in detail any findings during the inspection. We accept cash, check or card as forms of payment and the report will be delivered to involved parties.
We are always here after the inspection is completed to answer questions, perform re-inspections or final walk-throughs as needed. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you in any of your inspection needs that you may have!
