About me, Your Home Inspector

When Hiring an Inspector for your home, You want to ensure you hire the correct inspector and there are many options to choose from here in SWFL for your inspection needs. Many will be less expensive then my pricing however, I challenge you to consider the last time you purchased something for a "bargain price" and got the quality you could have gotten with only a few more dollars invested. I have been in the Southwest Florida area for the better part of my life and consider myself a Florida Native. I have assisted in many different areas, business' and services in this area and wish to apply my knowledge of homes in assisting the SWFL community in their home buying endeavors. What you get from me is a commitment to professionalism and well constructed Inspection reports that you can read. My standard home inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. Your report will include my findings of any material defects I discover in an easy-to-read format. I will also provide my recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement. And my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in your report.

Honored for 90 days after closing.
Valid for home inspections performed for home buyers by participating InterNACHI members.
We'll pay whatever price the client paid for the home.
The home must be listed with a licensed real estate agent.

InterNACHI will pay up to $10,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. Claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado.
